Processing up to 55 million pounds of case-ready beef per year, the facility is designed to operate two shifts per day with a cleaning shift preparing the plant for the next day’s operations. With a focus on sustainability, the team will incorporate energy-efficient systems into the design as well as prioritize sustainable construction activities. Located in Olathe, Kansas the facility is set to complete in 2025.
