McCownGordon was founded in 1999 with the idea that the industry was ready for a different kind of construction company. One whose culture in manufacturing design and construction focused on the client first.
Instead of focusing solely on concrete and steel, founders Pat McCown and Brett Gordon set out to build a vital culture in manufacturing design and construction, where a team of go-getters believes in doing business transparently and values building long-term relationships.
From inception, it was their mission to ensure every employee embodied theses core values: integrity, performance and relationships. They didn’t want those values to be slogans posted to the walls. These values would underpin their company’s approach to everything they do.
