A former college football player, Ander treats every project like gameday. He thrives on guiding projects from concept to completion and collaborating with teams to solve complex challenges.

Andrew thrives on precision—whether managing project budgets or hitting targets in the woods. An avid archery hunter, he’s also swum with manta rays in Hawaii and enjoys giving back through organizations like Habitat for Humanity.

With 20 years as a general superintendent, Ben knows how to keep job sites running clean, organized and on track. When he’s not delivering quality results, he’s enjoying lake days with his family.

Brandi is fun, easy to talk to, and goes above and beyond to make McCownGordon a best place to work. Leading our People team, Brandi helps attract and retain the best industry talent through engagement and associate experience initiatives.

An avid golfer and gravel biker, Brandon has hiked national parks across the US and Canada with his wife. As a dedicated team member, he provides results-driven leadership on every project.

Brandon's varied industry experience equips him with the expertise to understand client objectives and execute successful projects for our life science clients. He's a survivalist who braved 12 days in the Alaskan wilderness.

Brandon works to provide our clients with top notch budget management. In his free time, he serves on the Regional Board of Directors for DBIA and enjoys camping, hunting, or biking with friends.

Guided by a sincere passion for excellence, Chris lends experience and wisdom to project teams across the company. Working with Chris, you’ll never talk about challenges. To him, a challenge is just another great opportunity to exceed expectations.

With over three decades in the industry, Chris brings expertise and a contagious enthusiasm to all his projects. He’s also a motorcycle aficionado who enjoys spending time with his three daughters.

Claire loves the multifaceted nature of her role as a marketer, from pursuit strategy to seeing projects go from sketch to reality. She loves to travel, concoct new recipes and is always searching for the best espresso martini.

One of our favorite things about Daniel? His ability to build trust is often accentuated by a good joke. A client-focused leader and 20 year veteran of the company, he leads our life sciences market.

A tech-lover from day one, Dave couldn’t help but make his way from project manager to the world of virtual design and construction. He helps project teams solve challenges through 3D modeling.

Don has over three decades in the construction industry and oversees his projects with precision. Off the job site, you can find Don enjoying a variety of outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, woodworking, and BBQing.

Born and raised in Louisiana, Dylan is a proud LSU grad with a lifelong love for sailing. He learned to sail at 8 years old and dreams of circumnavigating the globe. When not on the jobsite, you’ll find Dylan offshore fishing along the Louisiana coast.

Meet Eli: Master of preconstruction. When it comes to providing cost-saving value ideas for manufacturing projects, he’s got it covered. This outdoorsman loves to hunt, fish and tackle home projects.

Whether she’s working out the details of a mechanical system or working out on our Peloton bike, Emily is a dedicated hard worker. She leads our Building Performance Solutions department, which specializes in MEP, VDC, Commissioning and more services.

Freddy’s experience working in the office and field gives him a unique perspective when leading operations across the manufacturing business unit. When he’s not working, Freddy’s probably sharing gardening tips or the latest microbrewery he’s visited.

As Quality Executive, Gregg is a true “Jack-Of-All-Trades”. His favorite part of the job is seeing and working on a wide variety of projects while ensuring top-notch quality across the board.

Originally hired as an intern, Isaiah is a volunteering enthusiast with a knack for frisbee golf, and you'll rarely catch him without a beaming smile.

Jamie lives and breathes manufacturing and brings unparalleled expertise to the table having started his career in operations. Based in DFW, Jamie works with clients across the country to understand their goals and ensure McCownGordon delivers results.

Being detail-oriented and competitive gives Jason the drive to continually improve. A self-proclaimed nomad, Jason is a car collector and Michigan Wolverines fan.

With 20+ years in construction, Michael’s all about learning fast and building great teams. When he’s not crunching numbers, he’s outdoors with his family, climbing Colorado Fourteeners, or tending to his newest hobby—beekeeping.

Ramin plays an integral role in establishing McCownGordon as a leader in delivering client-focused construction management services. When he’s not busy with CEO duties, this avid photographer might be framing a perfect shot or kicking back with his wife and kids.

This project engineer turned marketing coordinator is a go-getter in all that she does. When she's not cranking out proposals, you can find her at the baseball fields with her two kids or soaking up some sun at the lake!

Sheri leads the overall marketing strategy and implementation, building our brand and setting us up well for strategic growth. Outside of work, Sheri spends her time watching college football or on the hunt for the best burger in KC with her husband and two sons.

Steve provides support to ensure your project runs smoothly. He also leads our field operations, self-perform, warehouse/logistics, QA/QC and scheduling teams. What keeps this Jamaica-native relaxed through the week? Working out and being with his family and dogs.

Terese helps our project teams stay organized and works closely with our trade partners. Her adaptability and humor make her a joy to work with. Outside of work, she's a thrifting queen, always on the hunt for treasures to upcycle into something fabulous.

Tim, a former nationally ranked club soccer team captain, loves Tupac, and enjoys vacationing in Munich or Venice. He thrives on challenges, making him perfect for the role of Project Manager.

Recently named Safety Professional of the Year, Travis is always finding new ways to keep our team and clients safe on the jobsite. He’s ingrained a safety culture at McCownGordon and is a great asset to the team.
