His work in the last 15 years has primarily focused on the food and beverage, consumer products and the general industrial markets. Justin specializes in food, beverage, pharmaceutical and consumer products manufacturing. In addition to engineering, construction and operational support, he has a strong history of providing consulting on manufacturing plant design and organization, with a focus on supply chain optimization and FDA/USDA compliance. Justin’s priorities are safety, quality and efficiency in all facets of engineering, procurement and construction for his national clients.

Amanda’s extensive expertise plays a pivotal role in delivering successful solutions for our manufacturing clients. With a focus on the food and beverage market, she has global experience with both greenfield projects as well as facility assessments providing clients with advanced optimization for their operations. Amanda’s client-driven approach focuses on driving efficiencies through early conceptual project plans, feasibility studies, innovative packaging design and procurement solutions.

Over the course of his career, he has supported clients in various roles ranging from project control to business development and marketing supporting multiple project delivery methods.
