The production plant included a central plant, cooling towers, chillers and boilers.

The bread and bun production consists of more than 100 specialized pieces of highly automated equipment beginning with flour and yeast silos, including mixers, splitters, proofers, ovens, cooling conveyors and packaging equipment. The conveyor system stretches more than one mile in length.
